Evaluating Your Mental Health
Our mental health, like our physical health, can go through stages and cycles. Sometimes our mental health is great, and sometimes it brings us down. It’s a good idea to develop ways of checking in with yourself or with someone else to make sure you’re in a good mental space. Sometimes it’s tough to recognize that things are out of balance until we’re desperate and in need of help.
In addition to the information and resources in this section, you may find the Managing Mental Well-Being tool to be useful. It helps you to identify and address issues related to your mental health, including sleeping, eating, and thinking patterns, anger and stress management, problem-solving, and social supports.
